How to Book
Verification appointments are available on select weekdays at our Nam-gu office. Each slot accommodates one client or client group (for shared custody arrangements). Follow these steps:
- Choose your verification type from our verifications page
- Check availability below for your preferred month
- Submit a request via our contact form with your preferred date and verification type
- Pay the deposit (30%) via bank transfer to confirm your slot
- Receive confirmation by email with preparation instructions
Walk-in appointments are not available. The sensitive nature of wallet verification requires a reserved, private consultation room.

What to Expect on Arrival
Arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time. Our office is on the third floor of the building at 33 Demo-ro — take the elevator and turn left. You will complete a brief intake form before entering the consultation room.
The room contains a desk, two chairs, a document camera (used only for examining paper quality, never for photographing seed phrases), printed checklists, and a small safe for temporarily holding sealed envelopes if you need a moment before opening your backup.
Sessions run between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the verification type. Allow an additional fifteen minutes if you anticipate questions about multi-sig or estate planning documentation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.
