This session suits anyone who stores cryptocurrency in an offline wallet and wants an annual checkpoint. Typical clients include long-term holders who set up their wallet years ago and have not revisited their backup since, families with shared custody arrangements, and small business treasurers who need documented evidence of proper cold storage practices.

What Happens During the Session

Your verifier greets you at our consultation room and confirms the scope before any sensitive material is opened. The session proceeds in four stages:

1. Intake review — We discuss your wallet type, approximate setup date, and any changes since your last check.
2. Seed phrase verification — You open your backup in our presence. We confirm all words are present, correctly ordered, and legible. We check for fading ink, water damage, or incompatible storage media.
3. Hardware examination — Your device is inspected for physical tampering, screen integrity, and firmware version. If you use a passphrase, we confirm you can articulate it without writing it down during the session.
4. Documentation — We compile a stamped verification report noting findings, risks identified, and recommended follow-up actions.

• Full 90-minute session with a certified verifier
• Printed verification report with date stamp
• Checklist copy for your personal files
• Follow-up email summarising action items within 48 hours

What Is Excluded

• We do not perform on-site visits to your home or office
• We do not recover lost seed phrases or forgotten passphrases
• We do not transfer, trade, or manage your cryptocurrency
• Device firmware updates are noted but not performed during the session

Preparation

Bring your hardware wallet, your seed phrase backup (sealed envelope acceptable), any prior verification reports, and a form of identification. Arrive ten minutes early to complete a brief intake form.

Pricing

₩350,000 per session. A 30% deposit is required at booking; the balance is due at the appointment. Returning clients who book within twelve months of their previous session receive a ₩50,000 reduction.
