Portal Cedar Hub provides in-person cold wallet verification appointments, including seed phrase audits, hardware wallet inspections, and yearly verification sessions. Our services are informational and documentary in nature. We do not hold, transfer, trade, or manage cryptocurrency on behalf of clients.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for bringing your own hardware wallet, seed phrase backup, and identification to the appointment. You must not share your PIN, passphrase, or seed phrase with our staff in any form other than the controlled review process described during the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, checklists, and verification report templates — is the property of Portal Cedar Hub unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Portal Cedar Hub provides verification and documentation services only. We do not guarantee the security of your cryptocurrency holdings, the recoverability of your wallet, or the accuracy of third-party hardware or software. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific session in question.

We are not responsible for losses arising from pre-existing conditions in your custody setup, actions you take after the session, or failures of hardware, software, or storage media.

7. Confidentiality

We treat information disclosed during appointments as confidential. We do not retain copies of your seed phrase, passphrase, or PIN after the session concludes. Verification reports are provided to you and are not stored on our servers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
